Are you looking for a fun and supportive activity for your child?
The Calm and Confident Kids Club is here to help children aged 5-7 and 8-10 to build confidence, manage their emotions, develop friendships, and learn new skills in a relaxed and enjoyable setting.

Activities include and are not limited to:
Mindfulness
Yoga
Laughter Yoga
Meditation
Arts & Crafts
Team-Building Games

The club is designed to help children develop important life skills such as focus, self-esteem, and emotional resilience while having fun and making new friends.

The club will run continuously and will be broken down into easy to manage 6-week blocks to allow parents to plan and budget with ease.
